Hello,

My name is Clare and that is me in the picture with my gorgeous husband James.

From a young age I have been interested in sewing and dressmaking. My mother was forever giving me bits of paper and scissors so that I could be creative. I started dressmaking at 8yrs old on an old hand powered singer sewing machine. 

I made my first wedding dress when I was 16 for a friends mother.

After school I progressed to college where I took a GNVQ in art and design at Worcester Technical College.

I also won a placement at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, Stratford and made costumes which toured the country.

I progressed on to Worcester University and am now a BA (hons).

Clarabella creations is run from my studio, which you are welcome to visit.

As well as private clients, I work for a number of bridal shops. This keeps me very much in touch with the Bridal world.

I love my work and have a real passion for what I do. I feel honoured that people allow me to be part of their very special day.
